Community Connection Gift

This Community Connection Gift is our way of giving back to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community in a meaningful and personal way. Each month, we will select an organization or a Deaf family in need to receive support. If you know of an organization doing incredible work or a family that could use some extra love, we invite you to nominate them!


Please fill out this form with as much detail as possible. While we may not be able to select every nomination, we are committed to making an impact and will review each submission carefully. Thank you for helping us build a more inclusive and connected community!

 

Giving Back: Supporting the Deaf Community

At the heart of our mission is a deep commitment to giving back. A portion of proceeds from every purchase will go directly to supporting Deaf organizations, families, and businesses. By
contributing to these initiatives, we hope to create opportunities and build a stronger, more
inclusive community.
Our focus includes:
• Deaf Education Programs: Providing resources and funding to support schools
and programs dedicated to Deaf children and their learning needs.


• Advocacy for Inclusion and Accessibility: Supporting organizations that work to
break down barriers and create equitable opportunities for Deaf individuals.

• Deaf-Owned Businesses: Highlighting and giving back to Deaf entrepreneurs,
creators, and innovators within the community.
• Family Support Initiatives: Offering resources and financial aid to Deaf families or those raising Deaf children to ensure access to language and community connections.

How You Can Get Involved

We encourage everyone—parents, families, and allies—to take meaningful steps towardengaging with the Deaf community. Here are some ways to get involved:
• Attend Local Events: Participate in Deaf community events, ASL story times, and meet-ups to foster connections.
• Follow and Share: Amplify the voices of Deaf creators and educators by following them on social media and sharing their content.
• Connect Locally: Expose your DHH children to Deaf adults, other DHH children,
and CODAs to create a sense of belonging and connection.
